A virtual photo booth is a digital version of a traditional photo booth experience. A virtual photo booth offers an interactive and entertaining way for people to capture and share memorable moments, even when they are not physically together. Virtual photo booths are popular for virtual events, parties, wedding and corporate functions where a physical photo booth may not be feasible or convenient.  This feature is also very popular with creating hybrid events to make sure that no one misses out on the fun!

To put it simply, an open air photo booth has no enclosure. This type of photo booth can be used with or without a backdrop!

Yes! 

Kamara Time photo booths can be used outside. The following requirements MUST be met: 

• The photo booth space must be on level solid ground (NO GRASS) . 

• There must be a power source with a 3 prong outlet within 15 feet of the photo booth. 

• The host must have a back up location in case of ANY chance of rain or bad weather**!

At Kamara Time we PRIORITIZE the safety of our guests and equipment to ensure a positive experience for all involved!

Please remember that due to the lighting outside (sunny,over-cast, etc. ) the outcome of the photos may be changed.

**Bad weather includes but is not limited to rain (even a sprinkle), strong winds, snow, extreme heat (greater than 90 degrees Fahrenheit), fog, lightning/thunder etc..

A client can cancel up to two weeks (14 calendar days) before a scheduled event and anything over the 25% non-refundable deposit will be returned within 7-14 business days. 

If a client is cancelling less than two weeks (14 calendar days) before a scheduled event there will be NO refund of any additional money paid.

Yes! 

If Kamara Time has availability we will do everything in our power to accomodate all event requests. We may not be able to FULLY customize the clients experience last  minute but Kamara Time will do everything possible to make sure the client's event is special and unique.

Kamara Time will do what is possible to have an additional wifi connection source if the venue does not provide wifi. 

In the case that wifi is truly not available, guests can still  use the photo booth and enter their email or phone number into the photo booth to have their photos (boomerangs, GIFs and/or videos) sent to themselves. 

Anything that cannot be sent immediately will automatically get queued and will be sent when the photo booth is connected to wifi again.
